Travel & Accommodations
"Is Fayetteville the end of the world? No, but you can see it from there." - Lou Holtz
Some of you probably feel the same way. While we can assure you that, in fact, Fayetteville is a wonderful city with plenty to keep you satiated and satisfied, we recognize that Northwest Arkansas may be a long way from home. We sincerely appreciate your willingness to celebrate with us. Your presence means the world to us, so please let us know if there's anything either of us can do to help you make arrangements. Thanks! See you there!
Flights
Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA)
At only twenty miles out, XNA is by far the closest and most convenient airport to Fayetteville. The terminal itself is new, welcoming, and easy to navigate. Because it's small, the main difficulty with XNA is finding a flight. Expect to make a connection if you aren't flying from a major hub.
Tulsa International Airport (TUL)
Compared to XNA, TUL is a major airport with a larger variety of flights and prices. Unfortunately, it's a bit further away from Fayetteville at about a hundred miles, which means a two hour drive. If you're planning to fly into Tulsa, let us know and we might be able to coordinate your transportation with other guests.
Bill & Hillary Clinton National Airport
Little Rock (LIT)
LIT is about three hours from Fayetteville. The flight volume is slightly lower than Tulsa, but you can often get a good deal. We can help you out with transportation if necessary.
Other Options to Consider:
Springfield Branson National Airport (SGF)
Hotels
Mount Sequoyah Retreat & Conference Center (~$100/night, pictured)
Unofficially called "Camp Drew Marie!" Best location, best value, and best atmosphere! Large retreat center with large, clean, comfortable rooms with private, ensuite bathrooms. Conveniently located near the Bredens' house, this place has "so much room for activities": grassy fields, playgrounds, tennis courts, a pool, and the best view in/of the city. The more people stay here, the more fun it'll be! Think field games, cookouts, and bonfires!
Contact Sue Marie or Callie Breden to reserve your room!

Transportation
In all likelihood, there'll be a bunch of us around for pick up/drop off from the airport, and we expect to arrange transportation to and from the festivities. If, however, you would like to rent a car yourself, feel free to do so. These links may be helpful:
